“HEY” (Premium Pepper Fish Ball served with Pineapple Salsa)

Ingredient

DoDo Pepper Fish Ball 200 Gm

Pineapple Salsa
Pineapple Diced 80 Gm
Tomato Diced 40 Gm
Cucumber Diced 40 Gm
Onion Diced 20 Gm
Parsley Chopped 5 Gm
Passion Fruit Puree 40 Gm
Black Pepper Crushed 1 Gm
Pink Himalayan Salt 1 Gm

Garnish
Pomegranate 20 Gm
Mint Leaf 3 Gm

Preparation Instruction

  1. Combine pineapple salsa in a bowl, stir then refrigerate until ready to be served.
  2. Blanch DoDo Premium Pepper Fish Ball in boiling water for 4mins. Diced then cool until ready to be served.
  3. Top DoDo Premium Pepper Fish Ball with pineapple salsa.
  4. Garnish with pomegranate and mint leaf, ready to be served.
