DoDo Korean Stir Fry

Ingredient
DoDo Fried Fish Cake, Sliced 200 Gm Oil 10 Gm Onion, Sliced 20 Gm Garlic, Minced 10 Gm Green Chili, Sliced 5 Gm Spring Onion, Sliced 2 Gm Gochujang/Pepper Paste 30 Gm Sugar 10 Gm Water 50 Gm Sesame Oil 3 Gm Sesame Seed 1 Gm

Preparation Instruction

  1. Add cooking oil to a pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic to pan, stir for a minute.
  3. Add DoDo Fried Fish Ball to the pan, stir for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat to medium low.
  5. Add pepper paste, sugar and water to the pan, stir until reduced to a thick sauce.
  6. Add chili and spring onion, stir for a minute.
  7. Turn off heat, add sesame oil and sesame seed.
  8. Serve warm or chilled.
