Dobokki (Chikuwa served with Teokbokki Sauce)

Ingredient

Chikuwa Fish 200 Gm
Cucumber Diced 100 Gm
Honey Pearl 140 Gm
Teokbokki Sauce 100 Gm

Garnish
Sesame Seeds 10 Gm
Parsley Leaf 5 Gm

Preparation Instruction

  1. Blanch chikuwa fish in boiling water for 4mins. Cut into 4 pieces (triangle) then cool until ready to be served.
  2. Put honey pearl at bottom layer followed by cucumber diced and 3 pieces of chikuwa fish.
  3. Drizzle teokbokki sauce on top of chikuwa fish.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley leaf, ready to be served.
