The pledge signifies a commitment to providing more training and employment opportunities to persons with disabilities.<\/p><div id=\"sph_cdp_10\" data-sdkids-campaignname=\"PM newsletter Apr 2023\" data-sdkids-campaignid=\"345\" data-sdkids-campaigntype=\"regular\" data-sdkids-creativeid=\"390\"><div id=\"cx_paywall_area\"><div class=\"st-newsletter premium-read-more\"><div class=\"paywall-box-area\"><div class=\"st-logo\"><div class=\"layout layout--onecol\"><div class=\"layout__region layout__region--content\"><div class=\"clearfix text-formatted field field--name-field-paragraph-text field--type-text-long field--label-hidden field__item\"><p>Madam Halimah also stressed the importance of having a culture in the workplace where co-workers and management support staff with disabilities, citing Thong Siek as a good example.<\/p><p>&#8220;I think that is really very encouraging.
