DoDo Fish Ball 200 Gm
Rice Vermicelli 130 Gm
Bak Kuet Teh Sachet 1
Water 1.5 Liter
Chinese Coriander (Chopped) 5 Gm
Spring Onion (Chopped) 5 Gm
White Pepper Powder 60 Gm
Quail Egg 9 nos
Sio Pai Chye 150 GM
Bring 1.5 liter of water to boil.
Add BKT sachet simmer over low heat for 30 mins.
Add DoDo Fish Ball boil for 5 mins.
Blanch rice vermicelli in boiling water for 1-2 mins. Set aside after drained
Blanch sio pai chye in boiling water for 1-2 mins. Set aside after drained
Boil quail egg for 4 mins. Set aside after peeled.
Divide vermicelli, quail egg and sio pai chye into 3 serving bowls.
Ladle DoDo Fish Ball and soup into serving bowls.
Garnish with coriander, spring onion and white pepper. Serve hot.
